Recently City Bank has launched Service Campaign 2011 in all its branches, SME centers and cards center. The objective of the campaign is to drive Service Excellence with the theme “We offer enjoyable experiences”.
The campaign was inaugurated by K Mahmood Sattar, Managing Director & CEO in presence of the bank senior officials and cluster heads. During his inaugural speech K Mahmood Sattar said “City Bank is relentlessly working on improving the service quality of the bank. City bank has declared 2011, as the year of service excellence. The recent campaign will inspire the employees to be more committed to attain their goal of achieving service quality excellence”
